Setup

Setup could be considered as a folder for your setup PDFs in traditional sense. What it means in Manager that you can create a new setup for each session and each change you make for your car setup, you create setup revision. Setup revision includes the individual values.

Data structure

Setup has car model as parent as the it will give setup template. That will define all the parameters and this will keep the setups consistent and comparable.

Setup revisons have runs as a parent as well. This relation will enable creating a change matrix for sessions.

Target

Ultimate target is to create base setup before your session and then create new revision everytime you change the setup. This would enable to get more understanding what were the effects of changing setup.

Create new setup

1. Select from New → Setup and this will open a form to create setup.

2. Select Car model you creating the tire set for. List will show only car models you have. This will filter the tire model and compound list to correct tire models.

3. Select Tire model and Compound.

4. Add more information with optional fields. You have text fields for insert, wheel and generic notes.

5. Click Save
